Is there a contract or minimum commitment?+
No long-term contract. Services are month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime with a 30-day written notice to austin@streben.io. The final month covers off-boarding, transition, and final deliverables.
How does ad spend work — is it included?+
Ad spend is always separate from the monthly retainer. You pay Google and Meta directly. No management surcharge on budgets under $10,000/month. Spend above $10k is discussed during onboarding.
Can I add more locations or services later?+
Yes. Additional locations under the same brand can be added at $350/month each. Any add-ons — social, SEO tiers, blog, concierge — can be layered onto your package at any time.
How long does onboarding take?+
Onboarding follows a structured 6-week process: kickoff and initial ads in Week 1, SEO and social onboarding in Week 2, client review in weeks 3–6, SEO launch in Week 4, and full go-live by Week 6.
Can I start with IGNITE and upgrade later?+
Absolutely. Many clients start with IGNITE and move to ACCELERATE when ready to scale. Upgrades are seamless — no additional onboarding fee, just the difference in monthly rate going forward.
